Hi,

I received issues after the update to Yosemite (10.10), same that has been in this forum. So I saw that the tech preview of the Receiver 11.9.0 was available so I updated to this version.

Now when I run Receiver 11.9.0 on Yosemite (10.10.2) my screen refresh is much much slower than I had before, even if all login and stability issues has been resolved.

I saw the one forum post regarding setting the Vd3d to 'Off' in the config file (~/Library/Application Support/Citrix Receiver/Config) but it did not have any affect.

To be sure that this is Yosemite/Receiver 11.9 issue, I did install OS X 10.8 in an virtual machine (VMWare) and then Receiver 11.9 in that machine, and then I had no screen refresh issues anymore.

So, I get better performance of the Citrix Receiver 11.9 inside an OS X virtual machine on the Mac, than running it normally. But this shows that there are some graphics/screen refresh issues between receiver 11.9 and Yosemite.

Most of the people use this method for install Mac OS X versions on their Apple devices. Here you do not install the Yosemite in current start up volume.Second method: download El Capitan and Clean Install on Startup VolumeThis is the method which is using a USB installer to install the Yosemite. Convert yosemite app to dmg free.

UPDATE: I updated the virtual machine from OS X 10.8 to 10.9, and the receiver 11.9 is till working properly.

Citrix Receiver For Windows

Is receiver 11.9 supporting connections to the xenapp server (4.0 ) for unix? In my case specifically AIX.

I had no problems with 11.7.2 but with 11.8.2 I could not work as login windows was not accepting input.
