Her primary fire does 4,75 damage per second (0 charge) and the damage increases by percentage: when Zarya is fully charged (100) her damage will be 4,75 multiplied to the value of her charge: 4,75 × 100 = 475; Her alternative fire works the same way, but its basic damage (0 charge) is only 45. The best thing a Zarya player can do is know when to hold em and when to fold em. Meaning as soon as you're down to 200 hp, you should probably duck and cover until your regen procs. Your charge will still stay high, and now your self shield is up again to get you right back to max.
