The 'Gain (10–11)% of Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage' mod is being split into mods with a higher number but one for each damage type. I would imagine that they are all mutually exclusive with each other when multimodding. Gain 8% non-chaos damage as chaos damage. Add # to # cold damage to spells. According to POB add # to # cold damage to spells gives more damage, but everyone prefers gain 8% non-chaos damage as chaos damage mod over flat cold damage. Why is it that everyone prefers gain chaos dmg over flat cold dmg?
